What we do
High Quality is Our Standard
High-quality survey work is the core of everything we do. Every inspection is carried out with precision, thorough evidence, and clear reporting.
Why work with us
High-Quality Inspection Output
Communication
Clear and continuous communication is maintained with all parties vessel, terminal, and client from initial nomination through to final report. We keep every stakeholder informed at each stage of attendance, ensuring no instruction is missed and no detail is lost between ship and shore.
Accuracy
Technical accuracy underpins every finding we record. Measurements, observations, and calculations are carried out with precision and verified against established survey methods, ensuring the results we report are reliable and defensible.
Preparedness
Every assignment begins with thorough preparation of documentation, calibrated equipment, and survey tools before boarding. This ensures our surveyor arrives fully briefed and operationally ready, so the inspection proceeds without delay from the moment of attendance.
Timeliness
We manage time efficiently across every phase attendance, inspection, and reporting. Prompt boarding and disciplined turnaround mean our reports are delivered without unnecessary delay, supporting time critical vessel and cargo operations.
Safety
Safety is never compromised. We conduct every survey in full compliance with vessel and terminal safety requirements, applying proper risk assessment and PPE, and we uphold the right to stop work whenever conditions are unsafe.
Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is our highest priority. We deliver dependable, evidence based service that protects our client’s interests and earns their continued trust, voyage after voyage.
Our working process
From Nomination to Final Report
Every Rynaldo Marine attendance follows a disciplined, evidence based workflow from the first nomination through to the issued report. This structured process ensures nothing is missed, safety is never compromised, and every finding is properly recorded, traceable, and defensible.

Nomination & Scope Confirmation
Every assignment begins the moment a nomination is received. We confirm the instructing party, clarify the survey scope and terms of reference, and establish the vessel, cargo, port, and timing details. This ensures the attendance is properly authorised and the objective is clearly defined before any surveyor is mobilised.
Pre-Attendance Preparation
Ahead of boarding, we review available documentation – Class Status Report (CSR), Condition of Class (CoC), statutory certificates, previous survey records, and relevant plans. Calibrated equipment, sampling and sealing tools, PPE, and approved report templates are prepared so the surveyor arrives fully briefed and operationally ready, minimising disruption to the vessel’s schedule.

Risk Assessment & Safety (JSA)
Before any inspection commences, a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is carried out and vessel and terminal safety requirements are confirmed. Enclosed space entry, gas detection (LEL, O₂, CO, H₂S), boarding arrangements, and PPE are all verified. We uphold Stop Work Authority at all times – no observation is worth compromising safety.
04
Attendance & Inspection
On board, the surveyor conducts the physical attendance according to scope – whether draft or bunker survey, cargo condition, hold cleanliness, hatch cover, on/off-hire, or damage assessment. Findings are directly observed, measured, and photographed, with a clear distinction maintained between what is directly observed by Rynaldo Marine, what is witnessed, and what is provided as information by others.

05

Evidence & Data Verification
Collected data is cross checked for accuracy and consistency before leaving the vessel. Draft readings, ullages, densities, calibration tables, quantities, and photographic evidence are verified against records and calculations. Where an item cannot be inspected or confirmed, it is recorded plainly as “reported but not sighted”. accuracy is never assumed.
06
Reporting & Delivery
A preliminary report is issued promptly following attendance, with the full report and supporting photographic evidence delivered thereafter. Each report is factual, objective, and clearly states any limitations, distinguishing observation from information provided by others. Disciplined turnaround supports time-critical vessel and cargo operations – precise, honest, and dependable.
