Rynaldo Marine maintains a structured Company Management System (CMS) that governs how we plan, conduct, and report our survey work. Our approach is built on quality, safety, impartiality, confidentiality, and ethical conduct – supported by documented policies, controlled records, and a commitment to continual improvement.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Quality Policy : Rynaldo Marine is committed to delivering accurate, evidence-based, and reliable survey services that meet client requirements and applicable standards. We maintain a quality-focused management system, review our performance, and continually improve the way we work.

  • HSE Policy (Health, Safety & Environment) : The health and safety of our people and everyone affected by our work is a core priority. Rynaldo Marine is committed to safe working practices, risk assessment, and environmental responsibility in all survey and attendance activities, including the right to stop work where safety is at risk.

  • Impartiality and Independence Policy : As an independent surveyor, Rynaldo Marine is committed to impartiality and freedom from conflicting interests. Our findings are objective and based on evidence – never influenced by the commercial interests of any party.

  • Confidentiality Policy : Rynaldo Marine treats client information and survey findings as confidential. We handle information responsibly and disclose it only as authorised or as required by applicable law.

  • Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy : Rynaldo Marine is committed to conducting business ethically and lawfully. We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes or improper payments, and we expect the same integrity from those we work with.

  • Code of Conduct : Our people are expected to act with professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times – treating clients, colleagues, and industry partners with respect, and upholding the standards and reputation of Rynaldo Marine.
